This lovely treatment is ‘a must’ have for any pregnant lady. The massage is carried out while you lie on your side with a large pregnancy pillow to cuddle for support ensuring you and your baba feel comfortable and secure.

It has numerous benefits, including reducing water retention, helping insomnia and muscle tension that can be caused from carrying a tiny little human being inside your tummy.

This treatment can be carried out after your first trimester up until your give birth.
