Bowen therapy is a gentle hands-on technique that uses rolling movements over the muscles, tendons and fascia which stimulates the body's natural healing response.

This will bring the body back into alignment.

This phenomenal treatment enables the therapist to treat the root cause of any ailments, not just the symptoms.

There are 2 minutes intervals, known as 'the gap' which gives the body time to settle into the new alignment.

Bowen therapy can help a wide range of ailments including; back, neck, shoulder pain, sports injuries, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia.
